The Humble Bean

I've recently become obsessed with the humble little bean. So far I've cooked with black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas, black eyed peas, and many more delicious varieties. This is a placeholder for my first "real" post – join me for bean basics, yummy recipes, and interesting tidbits (which when you think about it, are kind of like beans themselves).
